Refund Policy

Pedagogy Ventures LLC (“Socrat,” “we,” or “us”) offers refunds for purchases made through our website or mobile applications in accordance with the following policy:
1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a free trial period for our subscription service, during which time you can use the service for free and decide whether or not to continue your subscription. If you choose to subscribe after the free trial, you will be charged for the first billing cycle.
If you have purchased a subscription to Socrat and decide to cancel within 7 days of the purchase date, we will issue a full refund for that billing cycle. If you cancel after 7 days, we will not offer any refunds for that billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, please contact us at billing@socrat.ai and provide your name and email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation request within 7 business days.
2. Other Purchases
If you have made a one-time purchase of an individual item or feature within Socrat, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at billing@socrat.ai and provide your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
After 7 days from the purchase date, we will not offer any refunds for individual item or feature purchases.
3. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request in the following circumstances:
- If we believe that you have violated our Terms of Service or any other policies applicable to the Service.
- If you have already used the Service extensively or have completed a significant portion of the course content.
- If the refund request is made outside of the applicable refund period.
